Second-year MA student Tom Hite has been awarded a Presidential Management Fellowship, a government fellowship designed to provide a pool of individuals with advanced degrees from which different federal agencies can fill key positions in their organizations. Since the Fellowship is designed to foster and train the future leaders of America, it also provides leadership training to candidates with a view to helping them transition to a new job after the Fellowship. The department congratulates Tom on his successful application amid stiff competition from across the country!
